Lake St. Clair Smallmouth Bass Fishing Report

Smallmouth fishing report from the weed beds in front of Metro in 7-9 feet of water. Reports of some decent success on 8/27. The beds are straight out from the daysail/PWC launch. One report stated picked up 6 fish ranging from 2.5 – 4 pounds in about an hour. Water was a bit dirty and we were pitching green pumpkin w/chartreuse tubes around the edges of the beds. Good luck.
