Its refreshing to know you don't have to go to Canada to catch fish. With all the new regulations on minnows ans liecenses. We have been going out in the morning on calm days and drifting around our spots until we find the jumbo perch and than dropping the anchor. I have been keeping perch 8 to 11 inches, usually get about 30 to 40. Not the best I have ever had but enough to feed the family. Most of the time we catch over 50 perch a person counting the small ones, this helps pass the time though. Our fishing times are 7am to 11am and 4pm to dusk.
